Multiply this 16 times for all the weapons which adds to a 8000 ore in total.

If u rly need a way without crystal hollows, back when the game first came out and I was grinding for golem armor, there was a scaffolding wood thing in the gold mine to the right of the path towards the launchpad. When u get on the scaffolding there should be like 20 iron ore waiting for u and u can lobby hop.
